Normalising mental
health care and
building communities
that care
Mission
At Saath, we aim to:
-
Make mental health care and support accessible
through communities. -
Create safe, inclusive spaces for emotional healing.
-
Educate traditional systems to foster empathy, inclusion, and mental health awareness.
-
Turn community life into a source of strength.
-
Ensuring nobody has to face their struggles alone.

Hi, I’m Shagun Tiwari, my pronouns are she/her.
I am a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist committed
to normalising mental health care through
my practice and building Saath.
I have always been a mental health advocate
without even meaning to be. What started as a natural inclination to advocacy has grown into a dedicated
passion for addressing diverse mental health
challenges. Over time, this quiet passion has grown
into Saath - a space where mental health feels a little
more accessible, and healing doesn’t have to be lonely.
I bring a feminist, curious, and experimental spirit
to my work. I believe in therapy that feels human-open, collaborative, and attuned to who you are and where
you're coming from. At the heart of it, I believe we’re
not meant to carry everything alone. And that’s exactly
why it’s important to be saath - together.
